
The Summer Sizzle Program is designed to help you shred body fat while maintaining muscle and strength throughout the process. By combining elements from bodybuilding, powerlifting, and functional training we have built a well-rounded program that will challenge you and push your limits.
In this program, we utilize a lot of supersets to maximize your time in the gym. From week to week we introduce a variety of tools to achieve hypertrophy. We will be changing tempo, working on muscular endurance, and lifting heavy all in the same week. Every day in the summer sizzle program has some form of conditioning. We mix in your typical HIIT and LISS sessions but also include Crossfit style Metcons for those who want to mix it up.
