Who Is It For?
The build program is a gym-based program designed to ramp you up to start one of the more advanced programs. If you're new to training or haven't trained in a while and need to ease back into things, the Build Program is the right choice.
What to expect
With this program, we will start with the basic movements with the goal of teaching proper movement before to heavier loads. Our goal during this 8 week program is to get you moving properly and build some strength to prepare you for the more advanced programs.
