Our one-to-one personal coaching sessions include everything from our Start Up Package but is a continuous service where we see people on a regular basis over a period of time.

I offer weekly or block sessions depending on what you choose. I will train and guide you through your bespoke exercise plan. As a movement and lifestyle coach I will continue to motivate and push you towards achieving your goals.

Many of  my private clients have been with me since I started this business. 

With this package we work towards whatever goals you may have, whether they're weight loss, strength gain, or even sport specific! 

Everyone is welcome, even if you have no lifting experience, everyone has to start somewhere! So why not start with me, so I can safely guide you through everything and make sure you're getting the most out of each session!
